"It was a really remarkable experience for me. Very relaxing and emotionally cathartic at the same time. Highly recommend it." - J.A.

INTEGRATED ENERGY THERAPY® (IET) was developed by Stevan J. Thayer at the Center of Being.  The objective of IET is to open the flow of the vital life force in both the human body and the human energy field. This is accomplished by clearing suppressed feelings from cellular memory as well as clearing the associated energy blockages.

IET can, among many other things:

  • Release suppressed feelings & limiting cellular memories
  • Heal at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels
  • Enhance your health, life purpose, prosperity and creativity
  • Provide gentle yet powerful support for childhood traumas
  • Empower you to experience fulfilling loving relationships

After a session, you should feel relaxed and refreshed.

For an IET session you remain fully clothed and lie down on a massage table. During the session I will focus on nine different cellular memory areas through non-invasive hand placement. I will work to clear blockages from your aura on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. You should expect to feel many sensations during an IET session including temperature changes, energy flow, tingling, emotional releases, and even slight pressure or twinges of pain as the body releases negativity that is no longer serving you.

Energy workers do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that you see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment you may have. Energy healing does not take the place of -- but can complement-- medical and psychological care. The body has an amazing ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is extremely beneficial. Long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.
